With the DCU ensuing into chaos with a bunch of new and old characters being recast, the people want their favorite actors to be a part of it. Talking about the Spider-Man: Far From Home star Jake Gyllenhaal, the fans want him as the new caped crusader of Gotham City.
With Robert Pattinson shining as Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeve’s The Batman, the hopes for Jake Gyllenhaal being cast as another version of Batman go way up in the sky. Fans rallied around the actor and begged WB to make him the next Batman while pleading with Gyllenhaal to leave Marvel and join DC.

By allegedly firing Ben Affleck and definitely firing Henry Cavill, James Gunn has paved the way for actors to replace the veterans of the DCU with the skill set desired by Gunn and Safran. With rumors of slowly replacing DCU actors with those of Marvel, Jake Gyllenhaal seems to be in a good spot for the role of the troubled, batphobic vigilante.

In what can only be said as a humble request, the people have joined forces and stormed the social media accounts of the higher-ups at DC Studios and Warner Bros. Discovery and demanded justice. Justice for not hiring Jake Gyllenhaal to be the next Batman. Amongst tweets wanting to bring back Zack Snyder’s vision to the DCU, it was nice to see a little change in the fandom over some other news or topics.
Although DC fans have indeed pressurized the studio into forcefully releasing a hidden masterpiece (Zack Snyder’s Justice League), things could take a turn for the Everest actor if he gets hired by DC. Or it could all just be a diversion to bring in the real Batman… Idris Elba (kidding).
Fans of The Source Code actor seem to have it figured out since the people had already decided who Gyllenhaal was going to fight. With news that Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson’s Batman is situated differently from the DCU, it will be surely interesting to see who James Gunn has in mind for the role of DCU’s Bruce Wayne. More importantly, people wonder, is it going to be another Marvel star?
Jake Gyllenhaal’s upcoming movie with director Guy Ritchie will surely boost his resume to newer heights. Known for peculiar and fast-paced movies, Guy Ritchie shines as the director that sends off Jake Gyllenhaal’s character off into war, only to be haunted by memories upon his return.
With the director’s trademark of high-stake endings, a lot of running, and some thrilling music, the movie titled The Covenant will follow Jake Gyllenhaal’s Seargent John Kinley through the wars of Afghanistan. When an interpreter is captured by the enemies, Sergeant John Kinley will have no choice but to risk it all and bring him back alive while killing anyone that gets in his way.
The trailer for The Covenant recently dropped and has been reveling in acclaim and praise for Guy Ritchie’s style. Along with the director, the Brokeback Mountain actor was also praised for his dedication to the role.
