A MUM was “astonished” when she delivered an 11lb 5oz ʙᴀʙʏ, the heaviest to be delivered at her hospital this year.

Although Annie was estimated to weigh 8 lbs. 13 oz., Grace, 38, of Berkshire believes that she was larger than expected.

Grace, Annie’s thrilled mother, told Fabulous that Annie was delivered through a planned C-section at 37 weeks four months ago.

They put her in my arms and weighed her on the scales they had brought, right next to me.

The crew who was in surgery with me said it was the biggest ʙᴀʙʏ any of them had ever delivered.

She was also delivered at the hospital larger than any other infant this year.

Grace reported that her partner and the hospital staff at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey were both sʜᴏᴄᴋed when they learned how much Annie weighed.

When she stepped onto the scales, we were all taken aback, she remarked. She is simply stunning.

We talked about how one lady had a ʙᴀʙʏ who was three times the size of other Nᴇᴡʙᴏʀɴꜱ and needed clothing for nine-month-olds when they were born.

As you can see, we couldn’t even ᴄʟᴏsᴇ the top popper. We donated all of her Nᴇᴡʙᴏʀɴꜱclothing to the hospital.

Oliver, who is now 10 years old, and Albert, who is now 6 years old, were both born to Grace. Grace reported that they weighed 8lb 10oz and 8lb 4oz, respectively, which is significantly less.

Compared to when I was Pʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ with my boys, my bump appeared more sooner with her, although I had dropped nine stone before getting Pʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ. I continued wondering whether it might be ᴛᴡɪɴꜱ up until I had my scan, which revealed there was only one within.

She explained that because her previous two deliveries via emergency C-section followed unsuccessful inductions, she had planned ahead for Annie’s C-section.

Grace states that since she already has three children, Annie will be her last.

Definitely no more kids, she joked.

The thought of how much the next one might weigh makes me cringe, and I feel like I should really get back into dieting.
