Katie Holmes was pictured alongside her rarely seen daughter Suri, 16, shared with ex-husband Tom Cruise as the pair headed on the travels for Christmas
Katie Holmes was snapped alongside her rarely-seen daughter Suri, 16, shared with ex-husband Tom Cruise while on their travels this Christmas.
The Dawson’s Creek actress, 44, looked expressive next to her smiling daughter as they were pictured in Newark Airport near their home in New York City.
They were wrapped up warm in big coats as Katie was seen sporting a large festive-coloured scalf alongside her bright face covering.
The outing comes amid Katie’s big return to the New York stage for the first time in over a decade as she prepares to star in The Wanderers by Anna Ziegler, Deadline reports.

Earlier this month, Katie’s stylist spoke up to defend her client amid fashion ‘faux pas’ frenzy reminiscent of a Y2K era.
The actress saw her outfit mocked in a viral thread on social media after she walked the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball red carpet wearing a short blue top over some wide legged jeans.
She teamed up the two trademark trends of fashion from two decades past with a pair of black trainers.

Taking to Twitter, one fan who rather disliked the look, posted: “Please for the love of goddess keep this era of fashion in the archives. Love Katie Holmes… but I detest this cursed red carpet era. idc idc idc.”
While others were quick to defend the star’s look, with one adding: “Katie Holmes shocking everyone with a mini dress, bootcut jean and a new balance sneaker…she kinda ate down ngl.”
But it wasn’t long before Katie’s personal stylist Brie Welch stepped in to defend the ensemble.
Talking to The New York Times Brie revealed that the outfit was a collaboration of both her own styling and Katie’s personal taste.
She said: “We decided the rich colour and subtle bustier effect detailing of the top was elegant and would be fun if paired with jeans, creating a more youthful feel for Jingle Ball and the atmosphere there.
