MU will only accept to sell Marcus Rashford if he receives 120 million pounds from interested teams like PSG or Real Madrid this summer.
In the 2021/2022 season, Rashford has only contributed 5 goals for MU in all competitions and that is the worst achievement in the career of the player born in 1997. However, under the direction of coach Ten Hag, Rashford has grow strong and become the number 1 star at Old Trafford.
Up to now, Rashford has got 23 goals and 8 assists in 35 appearances in all competitions. This surpasses Rashford’s own achievement in the 2019/2020 season and this is the best number that a player born in 1997 has ever achieved. Not to mention the season is still very long and Rashford’s achievements have the opportunity to extend even more when MU is still fighting in 4 arenas.
However, Rashford’s future is being questioned by MU and the English star who have not yet signed a new contract with the Old Trafford team. Last summer, Rashford almost left after the disastrous reign of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but he finally accepted to stay at the team that trained him.
Rashford’s contract with MU will expire at the end of this season, but the MU BLD has activated the self-renewal clause for another 12 months. But MU’s desire is to extend Rashford’s contract with a new agreement.
However, MU was also prepared for the prospect of Rashford leaving. According to the Daily Star, 120 million pounds is the number MU wants partners to put on the negotiating table if they want to get the British striker. PSG and Real Madrid are the teams that want the services of Rashford.
PSG need a backup striker for the possibility of Neymar and Messi’s departure while Real Madrid is similar with the decline with age of Karim Benzema. In addition, if Rashford lands in one of these two teams, a huge salary is certain for this star.
