The actors have had friendly relations since they collaborated on Central Intelligence. Rock and Hart have collaborated on films like Jumanji, and also on some films of the Fast and Furious franchise.

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson’s bromance is heartwarming, a good dose of it can work as a mood enhancer. The duo paired in 2016’s Central Intelligence and have worked on numerous collaborations ever since. The comedian, Kevin Hart was asked by a fan about collaborating with Dwayne Johnson. The comedian took this moment to poke fun at his co-actor and friend, he said,
“Well, his career was over. He needed help, so naturally, what did he do? Call the old K Hart. I came on board and changed that man’s life. By the way, you’re welcome. You’re welcome ‘cause we know the truth. Before me, you had that stupid movie Tooth Fairy. We all knew what was happening after that. Then, boom Central Intelligence shoots to the moon.”

Speaking to Variety at the Oscars in 2023 the Hobbs & Shaw actor shared his intentions to do another Jumanji film. Hart carefully teased that he was been in constant talks with Central Intelligence co-star Dwayne Johnson. He said,
“We’re going to have to do it soon. I talked to him[The Rock] the day before yesterday. Right now, we got the ball rolling on some big ideas…We’re talking about, of course, another Jumanji.”
He continues,
“That’s been a conversation. [We’re] just figuring out the thing that can act as what would or could be the final chapter of He and I. We feel we need something big to put our duo to an end and not just leave it undone like something that we can say, ’this is going to be our last and final movie.”
