When it comes to your children, all the sacrifices you make are worth it, and this is a truth that all parents recognize. And if someone has doubts and asks us if it is worth the fatigue and anxiety of being a mother, here is what we will say:
“Someday, someone will always ask me what it’s like to be a mom, how I manage with three kids, whether I’m always tired from here and there, and whether it’s worth it. I will also answer the following:
In the evenings I lacked sleep and replenishment of strength, but I was rich in hugs.
My body lost its fit and toned figure, but my heart was overflowing with love.
Our bed was rarely empty, but I never complained about having trouble getting comfortable.
I longed for the kids to go to sleep so I could calm down, but when they fell into bed, I missed them.
I was sad to realize that my babies are no longer babies, but I was happy to see them grow into such wonderful children.
It was very easy to forget to take care of my relationship with their father, but we both fought hard, and I hope we set a good example for our children.
I often walked a tightrope between work and family, but the love I received from family was always abundant.
Raising three kids is hard. Very hard. But the final destination gives you so much joy that you know that for your children, all the sacrifices you make are worth it.”
