The stars may be blind, but Paris Hilton knows they still shine brightly in Beverly Park, the guard-gated Los Angeles neighborhood infamous for its over-the-top mansions and their even more over-the-top occupants. And so everyone’s favorite hotel heiress and socialite-turned-business mogul is now “sliving” it up in a colossal house within the same enclave where Adele, The Rock, Eddie Murphy and Mark Wahlberg also reside.
It doesn’t appear Hilton has yet purchased her new Beverly Park home, a Tuscan villa-style mansion with 14,000 square feet of living space. Rather, it seems she inked a longterm lease, perhaps one with a rent-to-own option. Records show the property was recently on the rental market, offered at a breathtaking rate of $160,000 per month.
Built in the 1990s and last sold in late 2021 for $21.5 million, the 3.6-acre estate is currently owned by local investor Leonid Smirnov, who resides elsewhere in Beverly Hills. Surrounded by a lush canopy of subtropical landscaping and protected by huge driveway gates, the residence offers two separate motorcourts, each with space for 10+ vehicles, plus an attached six-car garage.
The mansion itself is unquestionably imposing from the front, with stone columns and a towering roofline visually softened by delicate crepe myrtle trees and vibrant sprays of colorful flowers. Inside, things are slightly more austere, with an all black-and-white foyer and stone floors. The living room features a large fireplace and spills outside to a patio; the family room offers another fireplace and a wet bar. There’s also a kitchen kitted out with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for helping Chef Hilton whip up a tray of her famous lasagna.
Upstairs, the master suite includes dual baths, dual walk-in closets and a covered balcony overlooking the backyard. There are four additional ensuite bedrooms on the upper level, and the house also has an “entertainment wing,” complete with a media/theater room and wet bar. Downstairs are staff bedrooms, ideal for a live-in housekeeper, nanny or petsitter.
Though the property is located in the semi-remote mountains high above Beverly Hills, it does not sport a city lights view. But the highly private and lavish grounds make up for that, with a pool and two spas shaded by mature palm trees. Also on tap are covered patios for al fresco dining, a fire-pit and a full-size, fully AstroTurf tennis court. Near the property’s far rear, a pool house features its own kitchen and is flanked by vegetable and floral gardens.
Since way back in 2007, when she bought it for $5.3 million, Hilton has owned a smaller Mediterranean villa-style mansion in Mulholland Estates, another nearby gated community. Infamously burglarized multiple times by the so-called “Bling Ring,” that house was once a perfectly preserved shrine to mid-2000s luxury decor, though it recently underwent a contemporary renovation, perhaps in preparation for an upcoming sale.
Hilton and Carter Reum, her independently wealthy husband, also have an oceanfront vacation home in Malibu. And since 2014, the “Simple Life” star — who has a net worth widely estimated to hover around $300 million — has owned a multimillion-dollar condo penthouse in New York City’s Noho neighborhood.
