The singer welcomed the fan on stage after members of the audience commented on their looks
Adele said ‘Hello’ to her doppelgänger as she invited one super fan on stage.
The singer, 27, plucked Emily Bamforth out from the crowd at Birmingham’s Genting arena for a selfie.
Bamforth caught the attention of fans, ahead of the Tuesday night gig, who commented that Bamforth looks identical to the record breaking singer.
In the hope of grabbing the Adele’s attention, her fiancé Tom Winkler tweeted her.
He posted: “@Adele every one thinks my girlfriend is you! She’s been asked 10 times now! Only one the 4th row!”
His hard work paid off as Adele invited Bamforth on stage where the pair shared a hug before working their best poses for a selfie.
Her fiancé later posted the picture on Twitter alongside the caption: “@Adele made my fiancés day, month, year! Thank you for the massive amount of brownie points!”
Not waning to miss out on his own photo opportunity with the singer he later managed to grab a selfie as Adele crouched down and pouted for his camera.
He captioned the image: “@proudadele @Adele think that was when she was taking this selfie with me.”
It’s not the first time the singer has welcomed fans on stage during her world tour. Earlier this month she stopped her London O2 Arena gig midway through Make You Feel My Love after she spotted a couple getting engaged.
