Sharing with fans how he went to train in the gym despite resistance from his body, Johnson told fans that he listened to his gut instinct. Suggesting fans to increase their productivity by doing 20 reps of close grip row, 20 reps of seated laterals, and stretching lat fibers, Johnson motivated fans with his workout video. His inspiring post was quick to catch the attention of his friend Lindsey Vonn who also shared a heartwarming comment on the post.
The two athletes share a strong friendship since Johnson got featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Interestingly, an intriguing question- “Could anyone keep up with you in the gym?,” asked by Sports Illustrated at that time sparked their friendship. The reason for this was that Johnson took Vonn’s name in response to this question, post which the alpine skiing legend was contacted by Johnson’s team. Continuing, the former WWE wrestler told fans how he was completely rejuvenated with the workout and felt more clarity now. He further stated, “My adrenals were already at a 10, so in a way this was all very calming for me.” Echoing a similar opinion, Vonn reacted, “Workouts are a great way to find your calm. Love it.”
Later, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena also responded to this workout. Baena commented, “Those sessions really do hit you different! I’m curious how much you sleep after training late? So you still wake up early or do you sleep in to let your body recover?” These words hint at how Johnson’s workout has created curiosity about his sleep patterns.

‘The Rock’ had a habit of not quitting the workout very soon and instead, liked to finish the workout properly, even if it took time. In an Instagram Post, Dwayne Johnson shared a story with fans of how this habit almost got him into deep trouble. Johnson narrated how in his senior year of high school, he was signed with the University of Miami- The Football National Champions. He also stated how Head Coach Dennis Erickson and the coaching staff arrived in Pennsylvania to give him the full scholarship. Continuing, Johnson recounted, “I was working out and had a choice to cut my workout short or be a beast and finish strong.”
‘The Rock’ then expressed how he made a decision to finish his workout properly, post which he arrived to meet the coaches who had been waiting for a long time for him, irritated.
