Despite having a big gap in their ages, they have continued to be great supporters of each other due to their mutual personal, Patricia Taylor.

Taylor is a renowned fashion designer and also the mother of the former, who has worked with many major stars, including the latter, throughout her career. She was also the one who made the iconic Playboy costume for the singer. But some of you might be unaware of the fact that Reeves also got dressed up in Parton’s iconic outfit.

In Jada Smith’s Red Table Talk show, Keanu Reeves opened up about his favorite Halloween costumes which he donned at his home once. It happened when the singer, Dolly Parton wore her original Playboy bunny outfit in 1978 for the first time which was designed by his mother.
After the shoot, she somehow brought the costume home, which eventually was worn by him. He shared on the show,
“My mother was a costume designer and she made some costumes for Dolly Parton, and she once did the cover of Playboy and somehow I guess she got to take [the bustier] home.”
The Constantine actor added that he wore it as a Halloween outfit,“I put on the ears and the bustier. I wore sneakers with fishnet stockings and the bow tie. I had some pretty long hair, and I was Dolly Parton as a Playboy Bunny.”
When the country music singer got aware of this incident, she had nothing but compliments for him.

The 77-year-old singer in an interview with Access opened up about knowing Reeves as a child. While she was unaware of the actor wearing her iconic Playboy dress, she was not surprised as she loves the actor. Parton added,
“His mom, at that time, was doing a lot of my costumes, and he was just a little bitty thing, and I’d go to fittings, and I knew him since he was a little boy. We’ve stayed kind of close because of that.”
She further added,
“He’s beautiful as a man, as you know. But he was so beautiful, I just remember those beautiful shiny eyes just being in awe of everything.”
Dolly Parton further complimented Reeves for his great sense of humor which was why she was not stunned that the then-young boy donned her outfit.
