Dua Lipa debuted a new performance look this week.
The pop star traded in her crystal-embellished Balenciaga and Mugler catsuits for a similar, sparkly look during her set at the annual Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona. As with the rest of her on- and off-duty outfits from her European tour, Lipa shared the disco-meets-Y2k look on Instagram.
Styled by Lorenzo Posocco, the “Levitating” wears a purple corset-dress hybrid, comprised of a darker-hued sequined bodice paired with gauzy fabric draped at the torso and a drop waist, super-short skirt. The star finished the look with purple stiletto ankle boots, nude fishnets, a sequined choker, and mod, square-hoop earrings.
As for her beauty look, Lipa wore her hair straight with a middle part, paired with rosy blush and pastel eyeshadow layered under a cat-eye.
The “Sweetest Pie” singer’s retro inspiration extended to two dazzling looks she wore in Portugal. In one post shared Wednesday, the star did some sightseeing at an antique candle shop with a friend, while dressed in metallic-gold pleated separates. She accessorized the long-sleeved wrap blouse and matching flared pants with gold hoops, an Alan Crocetti necklace, black square sunglasses, and a black shoulder bag.
For a night out in Lisbon, Lipa wore a warm-toned minidress, patterned with palm trees and sandy beaches, layering a black lace thong under the sheer piece. She also donned black Montserrat Messeguer cowboy boots and plenty of gold jewelry, including a Jean Paul Gaultier ring and a gold Cartier watch.
