Hilton and her fiancé, Carter Reum, now own a million-dollar pad in celebrities’ favorite coastal getaway.
Paris Hilton is Malibu’s newest resident. According to Dirt, the new mansion is located on La Costa Beach—a new celebrity hotspot in the area—and costs $8.4 million. The space, originally built in 1955, boasts close to 3,000 square feet, a fireplace, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It’s even been used as the setting in a promotional take of Cooking with Paris, Hilton’s new cooking show on Netflix.
Since its construction, the house has undergone a renovation, of course. With its interior in shades of white, gray, and salmon accents, the kitchen countertops are granite with rounded edges. Residents will also enjoy the glass walls and an oceanfront deck.
The couple bought the property from Tom Pollock, the late former president of Universal Pictures for the same price that the entrepreneur paid approximately 14 years ago.
While she may be new to this particular home, don’t think the heiress is new to the region. Her history with California goes back to her grandfather, Barron Hilton, who owned a huge Bel Air property for several decades (the estate was sold by Paris’ father in early 2021 for $61.5 million). Paris also grew up in the area, living in Bel Air and elsewhere. She’s has had a home in Mulholland Estates since 2007 and lived in the Hollywood Hills long before that.
