The athlete-turned-actor took to Instagram at the start of 2023 to share a 6-minute video with some motivation for his millions of Instagram followers. The message seemed to resonate with singer and “The Masked Singer” judge Nicole Scherzinger, who couldn’t resist commenting on his inspirational video!

In his latest Instagram post, DJ shared a six-minute video while he was taking a morning walk in aviator sunglasses and a hoodie. He said that he has “a lot to accomplish” in 2023 and started off by wishing everyone a happy new year.
The Rock said he is continually asked throughout the year: “What are the keys to success? What are the tenets? What are the secrets?” The “Red Notice” said that he doesn’t consider them secrets, but thought that it would be helpful for fans to remember this quote: “One day or day one.”

He explained that many people have something that they’re passionate about, but usually don’t pursue their goals immediately or put it off until later. He encouraged his 356 million Instagram followers to follow him into the “first step of action.”
The first step is the “mental declaration” of committing to the action, which he said could be as simple as trying to improve your health and fitness, your education, your relationship, or something business-related “if you have entrepreneurial blood in your DNA,” adding, “Let’s go do it.”
