Scientists have just discovered a strange creature with a fish-like body but frog legs on the coast of the city of Santos, Sao Paulo state, Brazil.
This creature has a fish-like appearance with two fins developed next to the body. The fin looks both like a frog’s leg and like an outstretched wing. Based on the shape, scientists can guess this strange creature is a mutated long-nosed batfish. So its mouth grows a scary-looking mass of excess flesh.

Known scientifically as Ogcocephalus corniger, the long-nosed batfish is a very poor swimmer but has well-developed pectoral and pelvic muscles. This is the advantage that makes this fish able to walk with its special fins. In addition, they also have the ability to jump like toads and drag people on land.
